PLACING AN ORDER
To order a Simple Sling baby carrier, simply click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each baby carrier. When you are finished shopping, select the view cart link and proceed to check out.
There is no minimum order. Shipping and Sales Tax are calculated and added to the total order at check out.
SHOPPING ON-LINE: SECURITY
For your convenience, we have installed a Secured Shopping Cart where you may use your credit card for on-line ordering. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
In most cases, you may process your international order through our Secured Shopping Cart. Occasionally, our credit card processing company is unable to verify international shipping information. In this case, we will send a Paypal invoice to you to complete your payment. If Paypal is unavailable in your country, we regret that we will have to cancel your order. We will contact you if this is the case.
International shipping is a flat rate of $12.95 for Global Priority mail. International orders ship once per week, on Thursdays.
We regret that we are unable to accept international returns at this time.
SHIPPING
US shipping charge, including HI and AK, is a flat rate of $5.95.

You may expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days. Rush shipping is available at an additional charge of $4.00. If you choose rush shipping at checkout, you may expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days.
Ship time for custom baby sling orders will be handled on an individual basis.

If you request, we will be happy to supply you with USPS delivery confirmation information as soon as your order ships.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted within 14 days for merchandise in re-sale condition only. (From a smoke-free home, no stains, etc. For further information on the definition of re-sale condition, please contact us.)Refunds will be processed after inspection of the item. No refunds for shipping costs. Because returns go to an off-site address, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving an item to request a return authorization number. Authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Returns must be postmarked within 2 days of receiving the authorization number. Returns received without authorization numbers will either be refused or will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee.
